在目前的 IT 環境中越來越多的設備沒有光碟機，而且現行的設備幾乎都可以 support USB開機。
在此我們可以製作一支可以開機的 Windows7 USB安裝隨身碟。
請準備一隻大於4G 的隨身碟，並準備 win7 的ISO 或是光碟。
請先將隨身碟插進USB Port，且由 Win7 確認 已經可以讀取到此隨身碟。
PS: 請插入大於Win7 ISO 大小的隨身碟。筆者測試時不小心拿了一個4G的隨身碟測試失敗,因此浪費了許多時間。
請先備份隨身碟中之資料，因為此動作會清除隨身碟中的所有資料。
1. 請以系統管理員身份執行『命令提示字元』。
2. 於命令提示字元中，敲入diskpart 並按下Enter 執行 。
3. 敲入 list disk，此時會列出接在此電腦所有的磁碟機。
4. 請找出欲使用隨身碟的磁碟編號。例如我這的是「磁碟2」。
5. 請使用隨身碟的磁碟編號，執行select disk n，n是想要使用隨身碟的磁碟編號。範例為: select disk 2。
6. 請敲入clean，並執行這時會清除整個隨身碟中的資料，因此如果有重要資料請提前備份。
7. 請敲入create partition primary，並執行此指令會在隨身碟建立主分割區。
8. 請敲入select partition 1並執行。
9. 請敲入active，並執行這會將此隨身碟設定成可以用來開機的隨身碟。
10. 請敲入format fs=fat32 quick，並執行此動作會快速的將隨身碟格式化為FAT32檔案系統。
11. 請敲入assign，並執行這會將磁碟代號指定給剛在隨身碟建立、格式化過的分割區。
12. 請敲入exit，並執行完成diskpart 的動作。
13. 請以酒精等虛擬光碟軟體掛載Win7 的ISO檔案或是放入Win7 安裝光碟。
14. 開啟我的電腦 ，找出Win7 安裝光碟的磁碟代號(G:)與隨身碟的磁碟代號(I:)。
15. 請執行 robocopy.exe G: I: /mir /E /mt:100 ，請動作會指定將win7光碟 G: 中所有的資料 copy 到 隨身碟I: 中。
註: robocopy 預設已經在Win7 中 ，可直接執行使用，參數/mir 為mirror /E 為複製有所子資料夾與內容 /mt:100 為 multithread number。
