將 memory_limit 改成 1024 M ，因為 poller Weathermap 等程式如果圖越多，所需要的記憶體越大

將 php 上傳file 的最大值改成500M,這樣上傳sql file 才不會有2M 的限制.

11. 將開機自動帶起 mysqld

這邊遇到的問題是因為沒有安裝 mysql-devel ,所以我們使用yum 來安裝一下 mysql-devel
其實還需要 net-snmp-devel,所以我們就一起裝一裝.
