我使用 JustHost 大約一年多快兩年的時間.
速度不快…
因為比較舊的系統所以有些設定介面比較不人性化.
但尚可接受.
在2011/11/13時,
我所在的Server system Crash .
當時對方完全都沒有Email 通知.直到我們自行發現.
剛開始詢問對方.
對方跟我們說不需做任何動作.
等系統就會恢復.
結果30小時以後,
Data 還是沒有回來…
而且整個DNS 都有問題.
對方幫我移到一台新的Server Host .
但是DNS Always 指到舊的Server Host .
造成我們如何新增data 都沒有用.
怎麼跟對方反應了好幾次他跟跟我說改好請等24-48 hr 再看看…
我被這樣搞了好幾天… 一直到2011/12/10 還是無法正常使用…
應該說根本就就再也無法使用JustHost 的服務.只能自己在Cpanel 裡面編輯爽的.
而且最後Data 也沒有回來. 因為他們沒有備份到我的部分.
那一開始跟我說會自動復原都是講假的.
而且這家的DNS很爛!都要自己寄Mail 給他請 他幫你設定.
Data Crash 以後需要寄給他請他再設定一次！啥爛系統！都沒備份的.
當初買太久了因為很不爽所以我要求退費… 對方就是一直拖拖拖… 說他們服務很辛苦啊！
2011/12/10 當天我按照程序走完退費程序!
最後還是不退我… 寄了很多Mail 過去問退費進度就是無下文…
剛開始打電話去反應.對話都聽得懂我的英文.
當我說到我要退費開始有些就說我講的話他們聽不懂….
有些就是說他們服務很辛苦啊!不要退費.
超爛的一家！非常反推.後來馬上跳去另外一家Hosting 目前為止 用了一年多!
最近不小心被無預警的停權… 結果是因為被Hack 攻擊.對方發現我的 Code 有漏洞.需要我修改.
忽然讓我想起當初的Host無法恢復,感受到老美超級沒禮貌的痛苦.
相比之下新的Host不管是操作介面或是功能以及速度都比JustHost 好多了.
當下很慶幸.還好我有跳走.
以下附上當初跟Justhost 的livecart 交談紀錄:(因為當初很多都沒有想到要保留只剩這些比較完整)
